Fiscal sponsorship fee:
There is no fee for fiscal sponsorship. However, to support your mission, 10% of all donations, grants, sponsorships and other contributions will cover administrative costs for your program. Costs include bookkeeping, back office, HR, payroll, technical assistance and resource-sharing. Once a project is approved for sponsorship, there is a one-time contribution of $350 to offset onboarding expenses. In some cases, this contribution may be fundraised. To facilitate the smooth transfer of funds and assets between sponsors, we allocate 5% of these funds to cover administrative costs: managing contributions, grant contracts, bank accounts, contractor agreements and other program assets. Additional costs may apply for HR and payroll.

Organization description:
The Nonprofit Organization for Philanthropic Initiatives (formerly NOPI – Nonprofit Incubator) is led by women and members of the LGBTQ+ community. We aim to provide comprehensive support and accelerate the impact of informal charitable projects, pending nonprofits and established nonprofit organizations in need. Through our wraparound services, we strive to empower organizations of all sizes to make a positive difference in their communities and beyond. Our services aim to enhance the nonprofit sector’s capacity to address social inequities in key areas such as climate change, education, mental health, healthcare, housing and employment. By supporting organizations working in these critical fields, we aim to foster positive change and help build a more just and equitable society.
