Organization description:
The North Kohala Community Resource Center was founded in 2001 by a coalition of nine diverse members of the community. All of these directors are active volunteer organizers of successful community projects in North Kohala, so they know the details of how to get things done, and the keys to making local community projects work. Their mission is to increase the number of successful community projects in North Kohala. They do this by providing education, support and bridges to funding for projects that benefit the community.
