Organization description:
Sultana offers levels of incubation for groups based on their needs and their budget. The levels have specialty areas that include shared employment, leadership development and organizational development with the option of adding services for an extra fee. All service levels provide the required fundamentals of a fiscal sponsorship (i.e. financial and grants management). As the service level increases, more capacity-building options are made available, including educational classes, HR support and marketing services.
