As fiscal sponsor, Communities Foundation of Oklahoma will provide the oversight for the receipt and distribution of funds intended to be used for a charitable purpose. Communities Foundation of Oklahoma will offer this service to either (1) an organization that has applied with the IRS to be recognized as a 501(c)(3) or (2) a specific public charitable project conducted by an established organization.
