- Other: We sponsor projects that provide direct services and work on advocacy for local and statewide policy change. We also prioritize projects that are addressing racial and health equity as a focus of their work, as well as rural communities.

Organization
We are a statewide nonprofit with the mission to foster and amplify community-led innovations through partnerships resulting in radical systems changes that create equitable health outcomes. Our priority areas are health care workforce, healthy and affordable housing, and climate and health. Fiscal sponsorship is one of the ways we work towards this mission along with conducting projects in partnership with other organizations within and outside of our state.
