Organization description:
The Center for Transformative Action (CTA) is an alliance of individuals and organizations inspired by principles of nonviolence and committed to bold action for justice, sustainability and peace. Our center supports change makers with the tools to create communities that are ecologically sound, socially just and work for everyone. Our projects break the silence that surrounds injustices and provide practical models for transforming the habits of mind and ways of being that create inequities. CTA, an independent 501(c)3 affiliated with Cornell University, offers educational programs and strategic organizational resources in addition to fiscal sponsorship.
