Fiscal sponsorship administrative charge:
Administrative fee 8% on all donations (credit card, cash, check, grants, or corporate gifts). No credit card fees passed on to projects. Additional fees: Application $25; One-time setup $150 (includes onboarding, fund account setup, donation page, ACH setup, and contracts); Annual membership dues $120 (required; includes donation processing, crowdfunding, recurring gifts and more); Contract renewal fee: $100 annually (covers renewal of sponsorship agreement, account review, required documentation, and donation page updates upon request)

  • Only projects located in our state or region
  • Other: Projects must be arts-focused and locally based (within 50 miles of the Greater Houston area).

Fresh Arts is a Houston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering local artists and fostering a thriving arts community across Greater Houston. From artist support services and fiscal sponsorship to professional development workshops and public activations in Arts District Houston—a state-designated cultural district we manage—we work to strengthen the region’s creative ecosystem by championing the artists and cultural producers who make our city vibrant and diverse.
