Fiscal sponsorship administrative charge:
Our fiscal sponsorship shared cost for Model A projects is 10% of project revenue with a monthly minimum that is based on a sliding scale. Due to the complexity of managing government grants and contracts, an additional cost of 5% will be assessed for revenue from these sources. For Model C projects, the cost is determined on a case-by-case basis with the minimum cost at 7.5% of project revenue covered by the sponsorship agreement.
Eligibility criteria:
Alignment with ESI’s mission and vision of social-impact system change — projects that work to create a society built on the principles of social justice, equity, robust communities, healthy people, and a sustainable environment. Based in and serving the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska). Led by an advisory board or steering committee. Willing to make at least a two- to three-year commitment to fiscal sponsorship or are looking for a permanent administrative home (preferred). Projects with government funding (grants and/or contracts) are welcomed and encouraged to apply. We offer Model A (Comprehensive) and Model C (Pre-Approved Grant) sponsorship to unincorporated charitable projects and incorporated nonprofit organizations. We also offer Model F (Technical Assistance) sponsorship to incorporated nonprofit organizations

Organization description:
Evergreen Social Impact works to strengthen mission-driven organizations and achieve enduring impact in the Pacific Northwest by developing shared infrastructure and expertise, building a culture of partnership, and advancing equity. We provide fiduciary services, including governance, funds management, and other administrative services to projects with social-impact missions. We primarily act as a as a long-term administrative home for tax-exempt and public/private entities, and will also consider projects that are looking for an incubator while they build capacity in preparation for launching as an independent 501(c)(3). We have expertise in management of and compliance with government grants and contracts (federal, state and local). Our primary focus is on Model A projects.
